What is the minimum order?
100 units per design, and it does not change: the same minimum whatever the size, the paper quality or the printing you choose.
How much does it cost?
It depends on four things: how many you need, the size, the paper quality and how many ink colours your design uses. We do not publish a price list because a run of 100 and a run of 20,000 are not the same product. Send us your logo and what you have in mind and you get a firm price along with the design — free, and with no commitment either way.
How long does it take?
Production and delivery anywhere in the UK in 10 working days from payment, on orders of up to 10,000 units. Tell us the date you need them by and we confirm it before you pay.
Do I pay for the design?
No. The design and as many amendments as you need are free, and you see the finished design before you pay anything.
What if the order is not right?
100% satisfaction guarantee: we collect the material and refund you.
Can you match my brand colour?
We print 37 inks — every flat colour with its Pantone reference, plus metallic gold and silver. If your colour is not on the chart we can mix it. Screen colours are only an approximation, so for a critical colour we send a physical sample before printing the run. See the ink chart.
Deluxe® or full colour CMYK?
Deluxe® for flat inks at the highest quality on the market. Full colour CMYK for artwork a flat ink cannot hold: photographs, gradients and logos with a lot of colours. Send us the artwork and we will tell you which one it needs.
Do you print coasters as well?
Yes, with the same 100-unit minimum as the napkins.
